3 and 4 Term GCSE and Pre-GCSE courses

The first step on your academic journey

There are a range of GCSE courses to suit different ages and levels of ability at Bellerbys. We want you to choose the course length that you’re most comfortable with and which will get you started on the path to academic success. You can choose from our intensive 3 and 4 term GCSE programme or our 2 year GCSE Pathway Programme.

Who is this course for?

This one-year course is the fastest way to achieve your qualifications and your classmates will be students like you from around the world. This intensive course is perfect for you if you’re starting your GCSE later and want to keep your studies on track, or if you want to get a head start on your future by studying a two-year course in just one year.

Our 4 term programme is ideal for students over the age of 15.5 who won’t finish studies in their home country until October/November and want to start their studies with us the following January. Like the 3-term programme, you will study up to six subjects with one set of exams at the end of the programme. You can then progress to our A Level or Foundation programmes the following January.

Why study the 3 and 4 term GCSE programme?

Study our intensive 3 or 4 term programme to gain up to six GCSE qualifications in core subjects, preparing you for A Level or Foundation study. In addition, GCSEs at Bellerbys are about more than what you learn inside the classroom – so we’ve created an immersive learning environment where you can build your skills in a range of different areas.

By studying with us, you’ll have dedicated time for enrichment activities, sports or music. Enrichment allows you to continue learning outside of the classroom and develop a wider range of knowledge. You can join clubs such as Young Scientists, Current Affairs, Film, Business and Economics, ARTiculation, Creative Coding and Classics.

Extra preparation with our Pre-GCSE

You can prepare for our 3 term GCSE with our Pre-GCSE preparation programme. If you don't yet have an IELTS level of 5.0, we can help prepare you to study your GCSEs with us. You'll study a mix of core subjects and English language over 1, 2 or 3 terms, depending on the level of support you need. Classes run for the whole day and you'll receive close supervision under the care of your own personal tutor.
