January 2022 intake of IYOne in Engineering has been suspended.

English language entry requirements:
IELTS 5.5 (no skill less than 5.0 in any skill) or equivalent

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are now able to accept a wider range of English tests

Academic entry requirements:
Students with a range of qualifications are accepted. Typically students will have completed high school and may have completed some further study in addition.

What is the International Year One?

The International Year One at Bellerbys College is ideal if you would like to study an undergraduate degree at a UK university but don’t quite meet the entry requirements. We’ll provide you with the specialist subject knowledge and English language skills you’ll need in time to join the second year of your degree.

Taught over three terms, you’ll study the first year of your undergraduate degree with us at Bellerbys, before progressing to a leading university to complete your second and third years. Specifically designed to help international students like you to succeed, the programme is quality assured by NCUK.

You can choose to study the International Year One in Business and Management at Bellerbys London or in Engineering at Bellerbys Brighton. By successfully completing the International Year One, you will benefit from guaranteed university progression to a range of NCUK Universities in order to complete your degree.
