Xiyin Li

Xiyin Li, from Changsa, China, won the prize for the Best Science Student at Bellerbys Brighton in her first year and went on to record the very highest grades in her A Level studies - A grades in Chemistry, Economics, Maths, Further Maths and Physics.  She has now been accepted to study Engineering at Magdalene College, Cambridge.

'I am very excited about studying at Cambridge which has always been a dream of mine.  I will look forward to the experience of working with excellent teachers.  I have had a fascinating time at Bellerbys and it has proved a good foundation for my future academic career.'

Xiyin has many interests including yoga and calligraphy.  She was also awarded a Gold certificate in the Maths Challenge held at Bellerbys.
