Meet Some Bellerbys Graduates at Work

Khac Hiew Phan

Khac Hiew Phan, 23, from Hanoi, Vietnam has completed his degree in Management Science at Warwick University Business School with First-Class Honours and is now working at Ernst and Young in London.

Hiew was at Bellerbys Brighton between 2002 and 2004 and studied A Level Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Physics, achieving A grades in each subject.

Hiew recenty visited the new college building.

"It is an amazing building - an excellent facility - one of the best college facilities I have been to in England.  I had an excellent time when I was studying in Brighton - my teachers were very helpful  especially Mr. Bowen with Economics, Pat Peers in the library and Mr. Corcut, the Vice Principal, who helped me to choose a very good university.

I also made lots of very good friends here who I still keep in touch with - indeed some of them work in big companies in London and I meet up regularly with my friends from Bellerbys.

I still consider Brighton to be my second home after Hanoi!

My homestay was excellent and  I learned a great deal about English culture and English cuisine - especially the Sunday roast and fish and chips!  I have been to many cities in the UK now and Brighton is the safest and nicest place to be!"

Hiew brought his younger brother, Tom, to see the college and apply to start the six-term A Level course in September.
