Foundation in Business Finance and Management

Graduate in January to the Bellerbys Undergraduate Year 1 (access 2nd year degree in September) or a range of universities with January starts

If you are already 17 years old and are looking for a quicker way to enter university in the UK, the renowned Bellerbys College foundation course in Business, Finance and Management also has a start date in April. This three term course finishes in December, allowing students to enter university in January 2014, or continue into the Bellerbys Undergraduate Year 1 which then leads into Year 2 at a selection of attractive universities for business related degrees.

Bellerbys Undergraduate Year 1

This three term course, validated by the University of Sussex, is equivalent to the 1st year of an undergraduate degree, and is designed for academically qualifi ed students seeking to maximise their potential with direct entry to 2nd year study at a top UK university.

  • Age: Students are normally 17.5 or over
  • Start date: January 2014
  • End date: August 2014

  • Entry requirements: Bellerbys Foundation or equivalent and IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
  • Fees: £5,995 per term 
  • Progression: Access the second year of a degree in September 2014 at one of the following universities: Lancaster University; University of Sussex; University of Leeds; Henley Business School (University of Reading); Aston University; University of East Anglia; Bangor University; Oxford Brookes University; Bournemouth University; St Mary's University College Twickenham; Birmingham City University; Kingston University London; Anglia Ruskin University; University of Chichester

A Level

A Levels are the universally accepted qualifi cation entry to the UK’s universities. A Levels usually take 2 years, but Bellerbys College provides an intensive course starting in April. This course lasts for 15 months, allowing international students quicker access to university.

  • Entry requirements: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent and academic grades equivalent to 5 GCSEs at grade C or above. See the Entry requirements tab for more information
  • Fees: £6,490 per term 
  • Progression: Any UK university programme starting in September 2014

Postgraduate Preparation

Bellerbys offers two postgraduate preparation programmes starting in April.The Bellerbys Pre-Masters is the best preparation for Masters study and qualifies students to apply for any UK Masters degree.  The Masters Qualifying Programme MQP is designed for students who wish to study an MBA or business related Masters and acts as a bridge between Junior College Diploma and Masters.

    • Minimum age: 21+
    • IELTS 4.5/TOEFL 450 or equivalent for 2 Term Pre-Masters
    • IELTS 5.5/TOEFL 550 or equivalent for 1 Term Pre-Masters
    • First Degree completed
    • Minimum 3 years of work experience for MBA placement
    • Two academic references
  • Fees: £4,610 per term 
  • Progression: Masters degree starting in September 2013

Pre-GCSE

The Pre-GCSE programme is for students under 16 years of age who wish to study the GCSE course, but whose English has not met the required standard of IELTS 4.5.

  • End date: June,  August or December 2013 (depending on preparation required)
  • Campuses: Brighton, Cambridge
  • Entry requirements: Minimum IELTS 2.5

  • Progression: Bellerbys GCSE programme starting in September 2013 or January 2014

English Language Preparation Programme (ELPP)

Join the ELPP in April and progress on to any academic programme starting in September or January.

  • End date: June, August or December 2013 (depending on preparation required)
  • Campuses: Brighton, Cambridge, London and Oxford
  • Entry requirements: Minimum IELTS 2.5
  • Fees: £5,320 per term 
  • Progression: Any Bellerbys academic programme starting in September 2013 or January 2014
