Royal Pavilion

Royal Pavilion

A must-see when visiting Brighton is the Royal Pavilion.  Built between 1815 and 1822 as a summer palace for the Prince Regent, who later became King George IV, it is one of the most dazzling and exotic buildings in Britain.  The gardens are also a lively place to meet for picnics in the summer.
