"Hello.  I am from Japan and speak Japanese and English.  After four years of undergraduate study in Tokyo, I decided to come to the UK.  I still remember the excitement of coming here to study English for the first time!  Everything was very different from what I had experienced in Japan, and I was discovering something new each day.  Once you master English, it is possible to go anywhere in the world, meet someone and that person could be your best friend for your life.

I really enjoy cooking, travelling and reading books - and I recently started playing tennis with my son, Oliver.
