"I’m in my first year in London and I’m really enjoying it. It’s different to A Levels because there’s a lot more self-study. At Bellerbys your teachers take care of you. Bellerbys gave me the fundamental knowledge I needed to study at university. I think for me, the specific subject knowledge really helped.
When I first arrived in Brighton, it was so, so different to Vietnam! The weather is so different. The food was very surprising at first but there’s some really good English food. And London’s very different to Brighton: it’s a quicker speed of life here.
I think Bellerbys is my English home. I stay in touch with my teachers and even when I have a study problem in London, I still go back and contact my Bellerbys teacher for advice! My host parent even gave me my house keys to keep when I left her house!"
