Thanh Phong Phan, 18, from Vietnam, achieved A* grades in five subjects at A Level after a two year course at Bellerbys Brighton and has achieved the grades required for his first choice of university, University College London, where he will study Medicine.
'Phong has maintained excellent standards throughout his course and has an infectiously positive attitude towards life. He has been one our of very best students this year', noted Peter Corcut, the Vice Principal.
Phong was very pleased with his results and said, 'Bellerbys has been a stimulating experience for me. The teachers are very encouraging and helpful and I have had the chance to meet people from many different countries.'
