Rowing on the River Cam

Head down to the river and you might just see the Cambridge University Boat Club practising for the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race.  This annual event between the two universities dates back to 1829 and is watched from the banks of The River Thames by over a quarter of a million spectators each spring.
