College Location
Study in the heart of Oxford
From September 2010, Bellerbys College Oxford will have a new home!
Our brand-new, purpose-built building is located in a peaceful riverside setting, a five minute walk from Oxford train station and within easy access of the rest of the city.
Walk across the river footbridge right by the college and you'll find the Thames Path leading to a picturesque area known as Osney Island, and beyond, offering a taste of the countryside in the heart of Oxfordshire.
For those with more cosmopolitan tastes, take a short ten minute walk over the railway bridge in the opposite direction to get to the city centre. Oxford offers plenty of culture and entertainment including shops, pubs, clubs, cafes, museums and cinemas. It is also stunningly beautiful with historic architecture that defines the city and provides students with a uniquely English experience.
Exciting New School for Bellerbys College Oxford, Opening Sept 2010
We have two student residences in Oxford - Penson Gardens and Slade Park. Pensons Gardens is a catered residence for students aged 15-17, located a short bike ride away from the college. Slade Park offers self catering rooms on a modern development, for students aged 18 and over, in the Headington area of the city.
Oxford is ideally placed for trips to both central London and Birmingham, England's second largest city. Direct trains to both destinations leave Oxford railway station every 30 minutes.
The nearest airport is London Heathrow which takes 90 minutes by coach and only 60 minutes by taxi transfer. A bus service links all parts of Oxford, although central areas are all within walking distance. Various discounts are available to all students; you can find out more from Student Services staff.
