A Business Foundation course for students with lower English levels

The Extended Foundation is a four-term academic programme in Business designed for students whose academic readiness or English level is not sufficient to begin the usual three-term Foundation.

You'll study English and three other academic modules in term one before progressing to the mainstream Business, Finance and Management Foundation pathway for terms two, three and four, as follows.

Term one (September-December): Modules in English, Business Maths, Business Studies and Economics.
Terms two, three and four (January-August): Following the Businesss Foundation course, you'll study modules in Business Studies, Financial Accounting, Economics and Core Mathematics for Business, along with Core Subjects with all other Foundation students.

The Business, Finance and Management Foundation provides you with guaranteed entry to a degree course at one of our partner universities, once you have passed to the required standard.

It is ideal for students wishing to study Business-related degrees at university, including Economics, Business Studies, Accounting, Marketing, Management Studies, Finance, Quantity Surveying and Business Information Systems.

Supervision Plus – optional support for Bellerbys students at university

We understand that settling into a new life at university after graduating from Bellerbys can be difficult for some students.  For this reason, we are now offering a new, optional academic counselling service called Supervision Plus to help those students adjust in their first terms at university.

Students graduating from the Extended Foundation course to a British university can sign up for this optional service at the beginning, during or at the end of their studies at Bellerbys.
