How to Pay for Your Studies

How to Pay for Your Studies

You can pay for your studies in a variety of easy ways.

Confirmation Payment

Once you have received an offer of a place on a course at Bellerbys you will need to make a confirmation payment of £1,000 to secure your place.  This consists of a £500 deposit and £500 in advance fees.  The deposit is held to cover damages and any other incidental expenses.  Any monies left at the end of your course will be returned to you.

All fees for one and two term courses must be paid in full in advance.

We recommend that you take advantage of our competitively-priced international student insurance, StudyCare, whilst studying at Bellerbys College.  Payment of any StudyCare fees is required at the same time as your confirmation payment.

We will refund all payments in the event that you are unable to meet visa entry requirements, subject to the receipt of a copy of the visa rejection letter.

Paying the Remainder of your Fees

You can pay for your course in advance, in one lump sum, or in termly payments.  Payments must be received one month before the start of each term in order for you to continue your studies.  Credit card surcharges will be waived providing that fees are settled by the invoiced due date.

Payment Methods

You can pay by sterling bankers draft, direct bank transfer, debit card or credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.  Payments by credit card are subject to a surcharge of 2%.  Payments by debit cards are subject to a surcharge of £1.  Your Student Enrolment Advisor will advise you how to go about making these payments.
