Alternatively, candidates may collect their results from our Bellerbys College Brighton between the hours of 9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We ask that candidates provide their passport when collecting results in person.

Results can also be viewed online on the 13th day after the test.

All requests must be made before the results are released.

If a candidate requests more copies of their test result after the results have been released, there will be a £15 charge per certificate.

Enquiry on results procedure

If, after a candidate has received their results, they want to appeal, they can follow the Enquiry on Results (EOR) procedure.

Enquiry on Results Forms can be requested from the IELTS Manager on: brightonielts@studygroup.com

Or download the EOR form.

To get one or more components of the test re-marked, candidates will need to complete an EOR Form and submit it to Bellerbys College Brighton along with their original Test Report Form and a £60 fee, no more than six weeks after the test date. Once we receive the form and payment, we will send the appropriate test materials to the British Council to be remarked. The British Council will inform us of their decision within 6-8 weeks; we will then inform the candidate of the outcome of the appeal via email.

If the score changes as a result of the remark, candidates are refunded the £60 and will be issued with a new Test Report Form. If the score does not change, the fee is not refunded.

Please note:

We advise every candidate to check with the receiving organisations about their entry requirements before they register for the test.
